Spielerisches Handeln kann sowohl eine Überlebensstrategie als auch kollaborative Weltgestaltung sein und setzt damit die Gestaltung möglicher Zukünfte und deren mediale Repräsentation in der Gegenwart in Gang. The celebration of collective, playful action is so important because it mobilizes us against paralysis - in a present in which actions are marked by heaviness and questionability. Playful action can be both a survival strategy and collaborative world building and thus sets in motion the shaping of possible futures and their medial representation in the present. The work is a collectively developed performance under the working title We gon‘ see the future first with choreographic support from Sabrina Schray.

Die Installation Vicinity Of Obscenity nimmt die intime Begegnung von Fremden auf einer Zugfahrt zum Anlass, die Spannung zwischen digitaler und physischer Nähe zu reflektieren, die fließenden Grenzen zwischen öffentlich und privat zu untersuchen und das Publikum mit seinem eigenen sexualisierten Blick zu konfrontieren.

The installation Vicinity Of Obscenity takes the intimate encounter of strangers on a train journey as an opportunity to reflect on the tension between digital and physical proximity, to examine the floating boundaries between public and private and to confront the audience with their own sexualized gaze.
